The Importance of Setting Long-Term Goals

Many times people thoughtlessly come up with an action plan because it sounds appealing but they failed to think about the goal before executing on an event. Write a concise statement my goal is to reach freshmen who are Christian and are interested in being discipled and mentored okay so if that's your goal like one group has decided based on a goal like that to do a welcome night exclusively for Christians instead of our traditional welcome night which draws Christians and non-Christians alike well that sounds great I'm not sure if it will be successful as that also now depends on the who what where when and how.
