The OSHA Investigation of a New Orleans Building
Three people were killed when a skyscraper collapsed in New Orleans two years ago. CNN's John Sutter says the city should have done more to prevent this from happening again. He says it wasn't just the engineer's fault, but also the inspectors who approved construction documents without ever stepping foot on the site. But no one has been charged with any crime for their negligence or malpractice.
