What's the Difference Between Top Down and Bottom Up?
The internet has democratized people's access to a platform and to getting information out there. Yet, i think it just further underlines the difficulty of moderating this kind of content. If these twets are ambiguous enough for contain enough plausible deniability that it's not, you know, it could be botteline miss or disinformation. But if there's no real content there, and it's how it subsequently gets interpreted, that's the problem. And so fact checkers are taking spaghetti off the wall, right? Because none of the claims actually falls down because they're all false.
