For any system that are going to e deployed in africa, if we are going to consider them as moral progress, we need approach that include philosophers, african philosophers, afAfrican elders and those under represented populations such as women and children. So before automational artificial intelligence is counted as progress,. we need to look at the humanrise, environmental sustanability, culture, impact and make an assessment before deciding which part of our life should be automated.
