How to Estimate Failure From Alternative Set Structures

The way that we did it was there is some data that kind of looks at our ability to perform repetitions with a given set structure. We basically took whatever one of those mini sets were, rated that in terms of its RAR and considered that the average estimation for those conditions. So yeah, introducing those rest periods, either between repetitions or adding additional arrests seems to maintain our performance pretty well. Now, there's some data that is really surprising. And we mentioned one of those in the paper that basically shows essentially no performance decline for a very, very long time, even with really heavy loads.
