The Greater Fear Isn't Like I'm Not a Woman

We don't want to put somebody else in a position where they're uncomfortable, but we also are uncomfortable with negative emotion. So I'm not sure that the greater fear isn't like I'm going to bring something up that's going to make others uncomfortable more than it is ourselves. If you're a leader and you've got a challenge in your life, maybe it's a child with a certain challenge or something else, just saying to people: You guys should probably know I'm dealing with this at home or I deal with this every day. That could be a truly heroic thing that a leader does.
