Cross Fit Bench Press

Cross fit is not a way to just differentiate from power lifting. The reason for it is the functional movement aspect of the two movements. We do a fair amount of horizontal pressing, whichis the bench press. It doesn't show up as much as the other two, but it's the point where it showed up most recently in the master's semifinal event.
