You're Bringing in People That You Trust

When you're entering a new community or company like this, why is it so important to bring in people that you trust? i think it's true for community leaders as well. It's hard when you have 250 people that look at you as person who's now the we work representative. And don't forget, they do not like we work. Ellthat you've got them involved in the changes. You listened to them. You obiti they made the decisions.you're just facilitating that discussion.
