The Taliban's Vision for Afghanistan

The Taliban has still not allowed girls age 12 and older to return to school. There are videos of women being beaten in the streets just demonstrating for their rights. I think there is a disagreement inside the Taliban, so we can't say all-Tallabs behave same way. They want assistance. They want normalcy in relations. And they want their monies of Afghanistan and the U.S. banks to be unfrozen.
