Vedic meditation says to do 20 minutes in the morning and then 20 minutes around 4 p.m. For me, it's like I have trouble fitting everything in in the morning. Even any breath where your exhale is longer than your inhale is going to calm down your central nervous system. It really can help balance those quarters or levels and help them dampen down. You don't have to be sat cross legged at your desk, you know, holding a mood and oming. Just breathe deeply.
