The ESP 32 is a $4.50 microcontroller that comes default with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It can be used to control lights like the ones you see in this video, as well as other gadgets. Alex says he's hacked many kids cars including some 12 volt vehicles. He also has his own sprinkler system which works by turning on when it hears water coming from nearby lake.
