Wes: I think self care can be lots of different things. People often say to people, they think it's self compassion, or they think it means don't do something difficult. But i really challange people actually, to think about that deeply and go, is this me being kind, being compassionate to myself, now and in the future? Is there a world in which actually doing the hard thing to day is is self compassion because it's setting me up for success?
