i had a lot of voices in my head at that time, which were some er saying some ore of those things. But once i pushed through and shared it with the whole team, it was like, a different level of support. The company has made it totally oka for people to take time off - we have non judgmental days off opportunities. It's so hard for me to find leadersw especially are in their jobs now,.
