Everything we know is nothing but symbols. And we act according to that. When you remind people of that, they freak out. They have like, existential criseste crises,. Like, meta, cognatively trip out. It's so much easier to read and watch tv and talk to each oter on zoom than it is to be physically present with them for those physical, sensory inputs. So if you think you know or understand the world because you read abuch, you don't. Ah, there's very big differences.
