How to Get Pleasure and Happiness in Good Ways

Alex says alcoholics are blind to this type of pleasure, right? Or this type of bliss or happiness? I would say this type of happiness because their mindsets are limited. Most don't even know how to get pleasure happiness in good ways such as traveling, participating in sports, etc. Alessandro says the question is how can we avoid the temptations? There's moderation and there's abstinence avoiding it completely.
