The bean factory one gives you the whole bean factory. The other one gives you each individual bean, the registered beans. If you just want to like register hints and you don't care about the bean factory at all, you've got runtime hints registrar. There's some like component level stuff that feels like it. It's just if you have a common use case of like reflection, you can use register for reflection binding.
