Introduction
This week we talk about a marginal ulcer. It is one of the more common cases that we see after beriatric surgery. The patient in this case had been off her medication for hypertension and was doing very well with weight loss process. But then she developed an epigastric pan which radiated through to her back, but to nowhere else. We will be joined by doctor mac bride as well as doctor tanner who are both doctors at the university of nebraska.
