Heidegger's Distruction of Aristotle's Text
Aristotle gives us our concept of a definition. What a definition is. The concept of an idea that Plato gives us. These moments where a concept is articulated for the first time and then passed along into the tradition, that's the textual space where Heidegger wants destruction to operate. By digging down to that experiential ground, he hopes to find the originating source out of which that concept was generated.
