i reached a point in my career where i wasn't moving forward. I was probably sliding backwards in my career. And iwas lucky to be put into a coaching programme. It does require an attitude from you to accept that,. ecause there are a lot of people that would, would push back on some of that and will just say, i've got nothing more to learn.
