How Do Elders Relate to Staff?

Biblically, i mean, our evidence for all this is kind of scant. But in titus, when you look at what paul told titus to do when he was going to crete, he specifically tells him to make sure that deacons are appointed there. And if you consider these are young christians, these are new churches, i don't think they would have the numbers to support multiple men. So ye, it seems like in the new testament you've got some people like paul who actually were supported, either by their work, but in order to minister full time.
