Catherine Tusson has now taken the first step in potentially filing a consumer class action against Do Not Pay and its founder Joshua Broder. Tuesday filed a petition in a New York court seeking to force broader and do not pay to preserve evidence that could potentially be used in a consumer classaction against the company. In the second part of our conversation, we will find out more about that legal action. Also, I'll ask her to respond to some of what Broder had to say when he was on this podcast last week.
