The Green IPA Transcriptions Are the Underlying Phonemic Form

There are like 14 different sandy rules and they're all quite prevalent. It looks like maybe two-thirds of them are used in any one word. There's so much about this language that's kind of baffling. I really wish I could have gotten in contact with the creator but the only email I found got bounced. But it's a very interesting thing to read through on if you want to get some ideas for phonological processes and such.
