We don't know how andy grove or steve jobs would woud have handled some of the sort of topics that employees bant bring up to day. But times have changedand you've worked for different leaders that have different styles. I think people sometimes misunderstand what vulnerability is, and they put it on an axis that is at the extreme opposite end of things like courage and discipline and bravery and conviction. And i think being vulnerable is about sharing the responsibility in success foundation.
