The Human Ecology Fund funded research that led to the Kubeark interrogation manual, which is a CIA manual. The majority of things in there, I would not call torture; it's more about behavioralism and trying to control a conversation. But if you know the people who are funding it are interested in breaking people down, this could be pretty interesting.
