How to Reframe Your Goals for Success

I think the struggle comes in when that little chimp part of your brain goes yeah but just a little while ago you were able to go and do a six hour bike ride or a three hour run. You can't do that anymore so you know poor me I feel really hard done to, he says. To reframe it and go okay this is the target for today even if it is just putting the bins out  is really powerful. If having that same approach to recovery from illness that's something that maybe we can mirror the athletic life with that illness recovery life totally yes.
