URL Lib3: A New Version of Rcosu

The sync support is coming back. URL Lib3 team are also working on a new version of that, which brings synchronous and asynchronous supports. Personally, what I would like to do is provide the ability for HTTPX to be used with that once that's available. We've already implemented a slice of it as well ourselves. By the time you listen to this, folks, sync and async, you see me climb in that additionally supports, blah, blah,blah. Right.
