I'm really into very short routines and rituals. I do a 30-minute morning routine where I do not, I'm not allowed to check my phone or social media. The end of the day is calming down the mind and body. Exercising is very important for me, but 20 to 30 minutes a day is enough. Beetroot juice should be the next trending thing because it makes you feel so good.
