For me, it's been over the last decade. We've bought a fair amount of real estate in, in the right markets at the right times. And have we've done extremely well at that? Not so well this year. This is with the rising interest rates. But it's a what I love about real estate is. It's a 25 year play, 20 year play. So if you can recognize that early with things where you are already making it part of your lifestyle before other people are put some of your 10% into that. Only only invest what you're willing to lose and leave the other 90% just in the market.
