The U.S. Equipment Is Critical at Every Layer

Russia wiped out a lot of Ukraine's Navy, their sank boats or confiscated boats. Russia still controls the Black Sea off the southern coast of Ukraine. For almost a decade now, Ukraine really hasn't been a force at sea. The U.S. last year started sending these patrol boats to help Ukraine maintain control of the Neapro River.
