England Cricket - Is There a Correlation Between County Championship and T20?

It's quite a unique situation being captain here and not playing. We've been really warmly welcomed back here in Pakistan. The local fans have been filling the stadiums to watch the games. I'm sure when the test team comes back in December, they're going to have a great time as well. Do you see how there would be a correlation between reducing the number of county championship and T20 matches at county level to help England team improve?
