Do the Sanctions Work, or Should We Have Done It Earlier?

There's a lot of that we should have done earlier, and we didn't. But i give the administration some credit for the way they've done the sanctions work post invasion. My objection is that we are not getting the eukranians enough intelligence,. We are not getting them letal targeting intelligence. That's my corps problem. I want to be clear, there are behind the scene some really important intellectual debates that matter. And underneath that, ther're a bunch of things tat the administration should have a lot more urgency about.
