The Fed Never Is It?
Fed's your power or nowhere near neutral? Yeah. How is it in 18, 3% on the 10 year US Treasury and the world almost the financial world? If you draw a trend line from the peak in real rates going back to 1980 today, it suggests that this was our call in 2019, is that you would peak the real Fed funds rate somewhere around 1 to 2%. if it takes longer, which it will, because it does every cycle to work your way out of this crisis with more debt, that means you next peak could be a negative number.
