How to Write a Book

A couple of weeks worth of outlining and putting the order together. Then I have an early copy, which I send it to a few early readers. And then I ask my early readers three very specific questions. What was unclear? What was boring? And what questions did I leave unanswered? Usually that's the book that goes to print.
