Chiropractic Is Not a Religion

As medicine grew more professional more and more states began passing laws that created stricter requirements for licensure as a medical doctor. BJ fought against these requirements politically wherever he could but his father picked a different tactic for protecting chiropracty from government meddling. He started pushing the claim that rather than medical science Chiropractic was a religion and thus utterly immune from any state oversight.
