In venture deals or structure it is a or just in private equity deals. If the if the founder has captured that lightning in a bottle, and they have all these people that are trying to throw money on hem, they're in the driver's seat. They can kind of call the shots as they see fit. So those are the scenarios where i see debt being issued in a bi coin world. And ah, the people that are buying that up are not going to be doing some type of debt deal that's convertible.
