NATO: A New World

CNN's John Defterios talks with Peter Bergen about NATO and the U.S.-Russia conflict. He says America is seen as guarantor of members' security, a post-Cold War construct. The US spends more on defense than any other country in Europe, but Germany doesn't feel threatened, he says. "Why are the American people spending three and a half percent of their G?" asks Bergen.
