How to Hire a Great Team Member

When you're going to hire a new team member, this is a great time to make sure that everybody is on the same page. You've got to clearly communicate your values and your expectations right from the start. It's not good enough just to have it in your head. Put it in writing. And if one person says one thing, another person says something else, that's going to be a real tip off that maybe this isn't quite as healthy a place as you can.
