The first swagger blocker separating the real u from the world is persona. So many of us develop a conscious demarcation between who we really are and what we reveal to the world. We do this because we've been conditioned to believe that there's a way we're supposed to show up if we want to succeed. But having a work persona does not help. It just hides our uniqueness and shrouds our value.
