Fanny may's home purchase sentiment index, it tracts a housing market and consumer confidence to sell or buy a home. It's dropped again in august, which marked the sixth consecuive decline. The main reason is the high home prices and mortgage rates that are continuing to go back up. But since then, we have not had a housing crash, and we do not see one coming.
