Four Reasons Why We Go Slow

The vast majority of mileage in my programming is designed to allow you to go easy so that you can get your goal down the road. And there's really four reasons, if talk about these before on the show, but i want to hit home those reasons. The first and the biggest is this idea that going easy, or going slow, for you, helps you build arobic capacity. That's your global ability, your body's global ability. A process, a a molecule of oxygen from the air and get it to your mitochondria,. inside yourcelvs where the respiratory functions happen.
