The idea that you get in the shower or right before you fall asleep like hang on a second how do we think about that was very much a question that I certainly didn't think of as being answerable when I started the book. It actually creates bizarre incentives because it means I will probably be more likely to think right I should be working so I need to sit at my desk and clearly I am doing nothing productive whereas had I done what I thought might be a break and gone for a walk the employer might have had the benefit of a lot more productivity yep no absolutely but one that we've kind of briefly mentioned is of course gender and the idea of gendered forms of work and the
