Is Cleopatra Betraying Pelusium?

Plutarch will tell us that Antony is betrayed by Cleopatra, who either sends troops away or tips off Octavian in some way. And I don't think Plutarch even comes out and says it. He just kind of insinuates that Cleopatra is working against Antony. That could be something if she's made a bit of a deal withOctavian in the long run. There's a kind of hate of paranoia about Cleopatra's activities in our sources.
