Swimming - What Do You Like Most About Swimming?
Swimming is almost like i get into a very, sort of almost meditative state. It keeps me sane. It's a good break from office workand family life and so forth. And i don't get injured. I used to do quat wit running and set again sor knees, and at the moment, i can't actually run very much with my knees, but i can swim, and i don't getting injured. Any time i go on in a holeday or vacation, if i'm around water, il be straight to the water. So i just think it's really goodjust, i think, hat, i think i just like everything t to be honest
