I would never, with any of the clients, have a fixed mileage target that we named for. It just depends on how their body is responding, how much time they have available and then obviously what their focus race is. If they're doing 100 miles a year and they're struggling to fit in more than 20 miles a week, I'll point out some that they do probably need to do a bit more than that. Or we've really got to think about a different race target because if they only have that limited amount of time, it's not going to set themselves up for a likely finish at that race.
