How to Solve a Problem for a Company?

i am always going into meetings and talking as little as possible. And i try not to start the meeting by talking. No simple questions. You think would be the same, but it's not. Each person perceives it differently. So i have to also not just be present with what they're saying, but how they're saying it. When i do get to the point of articulating how we can support and help them, they can actually connect with the message.
