There's a lot of hesitancy for people to raise their hand and say, No, I'm not very good at this or I don't understand it. There's a sense of shame or embarrassment or do you want to talk a little bit about that about the way we should approach learning? You're going to be punished for one and rewarded for the other. And ironically what happens is that people who don't do well can in school just take on a dismissive attitude about the whole school enterprise by saying I don't want to bother learning people. It's really not that.
