Luke: Most executives like they're looking for that information. How is the company doing how are the teams doing. What are the issues they want to be able to make choices that improve the situation in their company but getting that signal is the hard part. Luke: We tried a variety of different things we built some pretty great forums we chase people down in slack. And I think once we did connect with the tool that we're using now and began to utilize that those signals began to flow much more consistently.
