The Effect of External Influences on Teams

When are the teams making decisions free of external influences that are not about quality of play on the field? And when that happens, you've got to throw out all the logic of why they're doing it. Washington is the third biggest drop in win totals of any team in the NFL. They could be the sale. Could just be turned over in the franchise. If anything, bringing in someone other than Gil or not Gilbert would make more sense.
