I think there's this kind of scope creep of parenthood that you have built the muscles to shoulder a burden of these dependent kids. And then suddenly they're not so dependent, but they're still acting like they are. And that's something that as Americans, we don't really do quite so well with our parenting philosophies. It's a much more international push to have kids contributing in the home in a more direct way than it is here.

This week I was delighted to welcome my friend of nearly ten years Lauren Gaggioli to the show for a practical and insightful conversation about purpose, parenting, and productivity. Lauren is a dynamic entrepreneur, educator, and a true advocate for purpose-driven living.
