For countries that have a low price to get it out of the ground, it's going to be a very slow move away. I would predict that for countries like Saudi Arabia and Russia, where the price to get oil and gas is low relative to other nations, they're likely to be among the last standing. Angola might take a bit longer to make that leap into green tech, but we all assume the West still would.
